Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Mirasol Spices & Nuts (OPC) Pvt Ltd, registered at Muktai Complex, Near ST Stand, Vita - 415311, Tal - Kahanpur, Dist - Sangli, Maharashtra, India. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment, or accept a cash on delivery order. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, the pricing was clearly wrong, or the delivery address is not serviceable. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The tax invoice shows the GST rate for each line.

We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; natural products vary in colour between batches.

Allergens

Each pouch is the spice named on the pack. The company name includes "Nuts". If you have a nut allergy, email us before you order.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sangli, Maharashtra.
