Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within one working day.

Delivery times

We book the regular surface service that should arrive in 4 to 7 days. Air, express, same-day and next-day couriers are not offered, and you do not choose the courier. If a pincode has no service in that window, we use a slower surface service instead. Remote pincodes can take longer.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festival volumes can add time.

Charges

The free-shipping threshold, cash on delivery fee and any prepaid discount are the figures at the top of this page and again at checkout. Those follow the store settings, so the checkout total is the one that applies to your order.

Below the free-shipping threshold, checkout shows the courier rate for your pincode. If a live quote is not available, checkout uses the flat fallback fee from the same settings.

Tracking

When the shipment is picked up we email a tracking link, when email delivery is configured. You can also track an order from the Track Your Order page with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. We do not send tracking by SMS.

Undelivered parcels

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all three fail, or the address is wrong, the parcel comes back to us. We refund the order value minus the actual return shipping cost.
