What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, and the items in the order.

The shopping cart is stored in this browser (localStorage). It is not a cookie. Cookies are used to keep an administrator signed in.

We do not store your card or UPI details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and we only see whether a payment succeeded or failed.

If you join the newsletter we store the email address you submit.

What we do with it

Your details are used to process your order, arrange delivery through Shiprocket, send order, shipping and invoice emails through Resend, and raise a tax invoice.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payment
• Shiprocket and the assigned courier, to deliver the parcel
• Resend, to send order confirmation, shipping and invoice emails
• Meta (Facebook), through the Meta Pixel on the storefront. It sends page views and, when you view a product, add it to the cart, start checkout or complete a purchase, the product ids, quantities and the order value in Indian rupees.

We do not sell your data.

Newsletter

Joining the list stores your email so we can write about new products. Those messages do not include an unsubscribe link. Email [email protected] and we will remove you.

How long we keep it

Order records and tax invoices are retained for as long as Indian tax law requires us to keep them. You can ask us to delete anything not covered by that obligation.
