Question 1

How long do your products stay fresh?

Accepted Answer

Every pouch is date stamped. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and reseal it after use.

Question 2

Do you use artificial colours or preservatives?

Accepted Answer

No added colours. The red, gold and green are the spice itself. Coriander powder is also packed with no added preservatives.

Question 3

Are your products vegetarian?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder are vegetarian. The ingredient line on each product page is the full contents of the pouch.

Question 4

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within one working day. Delivery is the regular 4 to 7 day surface service, not air or same-day. Track the parcel from the Track Your Order page with your order number and phone number. We email a tracking link when the shipment is picked up. We do not send tracking by SMS.

Question 5

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free at or above the threshold shown on the shipping policy and at checkout. Below that, checkout shows the courier charge for your pincode. If a live quote is unavailable, checkout uses the flat fee shown on the shipping policy.

Question 6

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on serviceable pincodes, with a small COD handling fee shown at checkout. Paying online is cheaper because we pass the saving back as a prepaid discount.

Question 7

Can I return an order?

Accepted Answer

Food products cannot be returned once opened, for obvious reasons. If a pack arrives damaged, leaking or past its date, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it in full, no argument.

Question 8

Do you take bulk and corporate gifting orders?

Accepted Answer

We do, and it is a large part of what we make. Custom hampers, co-branded sleeves and volume pricing are all possible. Fill in the bulk order form and we will come back within one working day.
